Arcanis the Omnipotent is a wizard from the blue deck cards. He is named so because of his ability to cast Ancestral Recall. However, Arcanis is hard to cast so you have to be imaginative to use Arcanis to its full potential.

For a single red mana, Arcanis comes into play with haste and you get an Ancestral Recall. And if you are patient enough to wait until the end of turn effects trigger to put Arcanis into play, you activate it twice. Double whammy!

This is a rare card and is first rate because it is perfect when used with other cards, gives you extra cards and can bounce itself before getting killed. No matter how you play it, Arcanis is worth every trouble after all he isn’t named omnipotent for nothing.
