Fans of the Winnie-the-Pooh animated series and books will be pleased to see that Disney has released a plush based on one of the characters from the 2005 Disney animated movie, Pooh’s Heffalump. The Disney Lumpy Heffalump Plush is sure to bring nostalgic memories of Pooh and his adventures. Though in A. A. Milne’s books, heffalumps never appear, you’ll finally see one in the movie.

Lumpy the Heffalump, whose whole name is Heffridge Trumpler Brompet Heffalump IV, is a young, lavender heffalump that Roo meets and befriends. Because Heffalumps are greatly feared in the Hundred Acre Wood, the other characters like Pooh, Rabbit and Piglet are out in an expedition to capture one. Unknown to them, Lumpy is also as scared of them as they are of him and his mother. Roo convinces Lumpy to stay and play with him some more, and Lumpy agrees even though he hears his mother’s call to come back home. When Rabbit and the others see Lumpy with Roo, they assume that the heffalump has captured him, and they capture him in a trap. Roo helps free him, and shows the other characters that Lumpy means no harm. Eventually Lumpy is reunited with his mother, and they go home together. Afterwards, Lumpy becomes friends with everyone else in Hundred Acre Wood, even Christopher Robin. The Disney Lumpy Heffalump Plush is bound to become your child’s best friend, too!

Soft and fuzzy, the Disney Lumpy Heffalump Plush won’t scare any of your children away. They would love to play with this purple elephant from Hundred Acre Wood any time.
