Extreme Games was launched in 1995. Since then it has been renamed, X games and it has become increasingly popular ever since. Its main goal was to introduce underground sports to the mainstream media. Some of these “unknown” sports included BMX, wall climbing, rollerblading and skateboarding, among others. Not only has this made these sports popular, it has also introduced us to names such as Tony Hawk and Ryan Sheckler. Both of them got their fame through skateboarding.
Not only are they considered great athletes they also have action figures attached to their names. Tony Hawk is a legend in the world of skateboarding and if you are a big fan, you can now “own” him.
