The Green Goblin is one of Spiderman’s most persistent arch nemeses. He first appeared in the Marvel comic series The Amazing Spider-Man in 1964. The alter ego of this villain is Norman Virgil Osborn. He was a brilliant industrialist who fell prey to one of his projects. Eventually he lost his mind and became the Green Goblin.
This villain was known for dressing up as a Goblin and using bombs that appeared to be similar to pumpkin heads. He traveled on a glider that he controlled to maneuver and fly around. He was then succeeded by his son Harry Osborn who took the same moniker.
