So many remakes of the classic story Robin Hood have surfaced that there are action figures representing every one of these movies. From the classic Robin Hood by Disney to the current Robin Hood film starring Russel Crowe and everything in between, you name it there is an action figure of it. There are even action figures with their own representation of Robin Hood, where they aren’t trying to imitate any character. Robin Hood is a story stemming from the early times of England wherein a master thief is said to “steal from the rich to give to the poor.” He is said to have a band of Merry Men who accompany him on his missions. According to legend, he is said to have lived during the time Prince John, the brother of King Richard the Lion heart, ruled England.
A popular action figure is that of Kevin Costner where he played the master thief in another Robin Hood Movie. This can be found on the internet but if you are looking for it in shops you may have a harder time looking for it. Another set would be one based on the BBC series with characters such as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Robin Hood and his accomplishes.
