Strategy: Skeletal Vampire is packed with several abilities which you can utilize more than once within a game. The cost of using its ability (3BB) may be high, but at least you can summon 2 extra bats and have a total of 5 attack power. Having three creatures on play is definitely harder for your opponent. Then, if you your Skeletal Vampire dies, you can always resurrect it and repeat the same process.
