The Jedi order is a noble order of protectors who are unified by their common belief and observance of the Force. The Jedi are considered guardians of peace and justice. The Jedi Order is stationed in the Coruscant, Ossus. To become a Jedi, aspirants undergo training in the Jedi Temple. Their governing body is the High Council composed of 12 Jedi, whom mostly are Jedi Masters. An aspiring Jedi should take his training seriously, and his utmost commitment is expected. A Jedi’s failure in training is a serious threat because the Dark Side could lure those who failed to renounce their commission. A prospective Jedi is taken into the order during infancy. As they mature and deemed ready to become an apprentice, they are paired with a Jedi Master. The Jedi Code states that a Jedi Master can only have one Padawan at a time.
Before a Padawan ascends to the rank of a Jedi Knight, he will have to go through a lot of trials towards the end of his training. A Jedi are dressed in simple robes and has a light saber as weapon. The Jedi action figures have several featured characters. Among the popular Jedi Masters who have action figures in their likeness are Obi-wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Mace Windu, and Anakin & Luke Skywalker. The action figures are similarly clad in simple Jedi robes and carry a light saber.
