The Crow is a comic book created by James O’Barr as a means to cope with the death of his then girlfriend, who got hit by a drunk driver. The first film which starred Brandon Lee ended in disaster as he was accidentally killed by a gunshot. The accidental death of Brandon Lee made the movie even more popular and even created a cult following. Most of the action figures of The Crow are based on how he was portrayed by Brandon Lee in the first movie.
Eric Draven, the main protagonist of the comic book and the movie, is usually portrayed in his pale white skin and black shaggy hair. McFarlane toys are one of the manufacturers of the Crow toys. He is depicted as he was in the film and is enclosed in a display case. The toy is six inches tall and is a remake of the last toy which was released earlier. The depiction of the Crow is very detailed and realistic, as with all McFarlane Toys. It was obviously made for collection purposes but it can be played with as well. Other The Crow action figures include one or two characters from the film and their corresponding scenes.
